Miguel A. Vazquez-Estrada, born 1995, charged
with possession of alcohol by a minor November 4
by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled
guilty and sentenced to a 90-day drivers license
suspension, $17.50 fine and $182.50 court costs.
Aubrianna Kay Funkhouser, born 1992, charged
with driving without privileges November 25 by
the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty
and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 26 days
suspended, 32 hours sheriff’s inmate labor
program in lieu of jail, 150 day drivers license
suspension, $322.50 fine, $179.50 court costs
and one year probation.
Joshua R. Cleve, born 1994, charged with two
counts petit theft November 28 by the Bonners
Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended,
16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu
of jail, $6.30 restitution, $37.50 fine, $187.50
court costs and one year probation.
Virginia G. Bump, born 1969, charged with DUI
December 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police
Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.
Christopher D. Wiedemeier, born 1995, charged
with two counts of burglary, both felonies,
November 15 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s
Office, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days
detention, 175 days suspended, $135 restitution,
$70 court costs and two years probation.
