Hannah Andrews, born 2001, charged with DUI under age 21 August 5 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to $587.50 fine, $500 suspended, $212.50 costs, one year drivers license suspension and 180 days probation.

Jason Ralph Eby, born 1975, charged with driving without privileges August 29 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 suspended, $317.50 fine, $182.50 costs and 364 days probation.
