Jeanine Dickson

In the time she has worked here, Jeanine has become a valuable addition to our team and a consistent, dependable employee.

As a per diem RN, motivated to pick up shifts, she has cross-trained in nearly all nursing specialties. She has a worked in surgery and extended care, and has mentioned her interest in geriatrics and surgical rehab as well.

Jeanine provides excellent nursing care to her patients, and does so with professionalism and warmth. This kind of genuine, heartfelt approach is greatly appreciated by both her patients and co-workers. Her attention to details, new ideas, and excellent technical nursing skills go a long way to make our patients experience here a good one.

Jeanine has taken the initiative at the clinic to streamline the Coumadin Clinic Process for our patients.

“She is a pure joy to work with!” her coworkers said.

Congratulations Jeanine. You are one of the reasons BCH is a great place to work!

Nita Thorwart has been chosen as our January 2018 Employee of the Month for non-patient care.

Nita is a kind and compassionate caregiver. In 2017 Nita transitioned to a position as the daytime Health Unit Coordinator in Extended Care Facility, where her attention to detail and excellent organizational skills really shine.

Congratulations Nita! We love having you on our team!
