Steven M. Ireland, born 1962, charged with domestic violence April 3 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to disturbing the peace, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 29 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Roland L. Capilo, born 1968, charged with DUI April 30 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $307.50 fine, $192.50 court costs, 90 day drivers license suspension and one year probation.

 

Veronica M. Abraham, born 1988, charged with DUI, second offense May 7 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, found guilty and sentenced to 360 days in jail, 270 days suspended, one year drivers license suspension, $1,307.50 fine, $217.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Caleb U. Perez, born 1992, charged with DUI May 15 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 126 days suspended, $1,000 fine, suspended, $200 restitution and two years probation. Charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 31 days suspended, $1,000 fine, suspended, $200 restitution and two years probation.

 

Kyle A. Schambron, born 1991, charged with DUI May 8 by the Idaho State Police, amended to DUI under age 21, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $207.50 fine, $192.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Abram Joseph Arthur Caron, born 1993, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor May 7 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fine $822.50, $207.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Jayme D. Hahn, born 1991, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor May 6 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $32.50 fine and $167.50 court costs.

 

Ernest A. Schuman, born 1945, charged with operating with an undeployed suspension axle June 2 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $12.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Erika Thiel, born 1975, charged with fishing without a license June 18 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $55 and $145 court costs.

 

Frank B. Pangburn, born 1942, charged with operating without a trip permit June 24 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Vladimir Ioffe, born 1960, charged with failure to maintain seven day’s log July 7 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $137.50 court costs. Charged with failure to wear a seatbelt in a commercial vehicle, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $137.50 court costs.
