David Dean Rae, born 1954, charged with felony DUI November 17, 2005, by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to one year and one month in prison, determinate, three years indeterminate, given credit for one year, one month served in the Montana State Prison, remainder suspended, one year drivers license suspension, $15,000 bond forfeited, $887.50 fine, $112.50 court costs and three years probation.

 

Preston S. Lethrud, born 1988, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a felony, November 27, 2011, by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, five years indeterminate, prison suspended, Jurisdiction retained, $500 fine and $525.50 court costs. Charged with second-degree kidnapping, a felony, pled guilty and sentenced to three years prison, determinate, three years indeterminate, prison suspended, jurisdiction retained, $500 fine and $225.50 court costs.

 

Judge Justin Julian

Gary A. Fisher, born 1960, charged with DUI, second offense, September 4, 2011, by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 50 suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $567.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $200 fine and two years probation.

 

Michael J. Martin, born 1961, charged with DUI May 20 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation. Charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $300 fine and one year probation. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and fined $100.

1:23 a.m.: An arrest was made on Highway 95 at Zip Trip on a warrant for probation violation.

4:27 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported at 157 Westwood Road.

9:45 p.m.: A fire was reported at 1619 Mountain Meadows Road.

 

May 27

11:07 a.m.: A burglary was reported at 493606 Highway 95.

3:38 p.m.: A noise complaint was made at the Welcome Ranch.

May 28

12:11 p.m.: A person reported being threatened on Cemetery Hill.

3:43 p.m.: A person reported receiving threats at 391 Red Cloud Road.

7:28 p.m.: An ambulance was requested at 76 Colonial Lane.

Midnight: A traffic stop on Highway 95 at District 2 Road resulted in an arrest for felony possession of marijuana.
