William David Callister, born 1993, charged with felony aiding and abetting January 24 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, prison suspended, jurisdiction retained, and $225.50 court costs.

 

Kileah Raelihn Crum, born 1987, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance March 2 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, prison suspended, jurisdiction retained, $100 restitution and $865.50 court costs.

 

Christopher Bart McCulla, born 1981, charged with felony DUI March 16 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to one year in prison, determinate, three years indeterminate, prison suspended, 70 days in jail, one year drivers license suspension, $1,000 fine, $570.50 court costs and five years probation.

Alfred Martin, born 1975, charged with driving without privileges June 7 by the Idaho State Police, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Cheyenne R. Solt, born 1993, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor June 10 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $322.50 fine, $300 suspended, $177.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Daniel J. Aitken, born 1992, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor June 10 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $232.50 fine and $167.50 court costs.

 

Dillon M.R. Schnittlinger, born 1992, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor June 3 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $322.50 fine, $300 suspended, $177.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Brian W. Palmer, born 1986, charged with failure to operate in compliance with regulations June 13 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $54.50 court costs. Charged with tire equipment violations, an infraction, pled guilty and fined $10.50 and $54.50 court costs.

 

Russell N. Lemley, born 1947, charged with logbook violation June 15 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

James J. Sanborn, born 1993, charged with possession of paraphernalia June 15 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail.

 

Jessica D. Harris, born 1990, charged with hunting, trapping or fishing without a license June 15 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $5 and $145 court costs.

 

William B. Markgraff, born 1982, charged with hunting, trapping or fishing without a license June 15 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $5 and $145 court costs.

 

Robin G. Haysey, born 1961, charged with failure to wear a seatbelt while operating a commercial vehicle June 22 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $137.50 court costs.

6:08 a.m.: A report of suspicious activity in the Kootenai River Inn parking lot resulted in an arrest for driving without privileges.

10:49 a.m.: A vehicle collision was reported in Naples.

12:42 p.m.: An assault was reported at the Bonners Ferry Senior Center.

1:10 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported at 7111 Oak Street.

4:36 p.m.: A warrant arrest was made at 48 Fall Creek Road for felon in possession of a firearm.

8:11 p.m.: A traffic stop on the Westside Road resulted in an arrest for possession of marijuana.
