Hiring event Wednesday in Post Falls

More than 20 employers are slated for the monthly hiring event at the Idaho Department of Labor Post Falls office, N600 Thornton Street. The event runs from 10 a.m. until noon on Wednesday, January 11.

Employers attending the event continue to seek applicants for customer service industries including sales, customer support and hospitality. Positions for care givers, health care aides and nurses remain the most difficult to fill.

Job seekers should prepare to meet directly with employers, dress for an interview and bring a resume or generic application. Computers are available in the office resource center to complete online applications as needed.

Businesses scheduled to attend include Tedder Industries, Dave Smith Motors, Pointe Pest Control, Aerotek, Aaging Better In-Home Care, Country Financial, Community Connections Inc., Roger’s Ice Cream & Burgers, Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Idaho National Guard, Family Home Care, Express Professionals, Sunshine Mint, Addus Healthcare, US Army, Humanix, Atlas Staffing, Quest Aircraft, ResCare, Alliance Data, Modern Woodman Financial, Embassy Management, Auto-Rain and Guardian Angel Homes.
