Judge Justin Julian

Tara Marie Ramirez, born 1980, charged with petit theft October 8 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $32.50 fine, $11.61 restitution and $167.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Justin K. Davis, born 1980, charged with violating conditions of special trip permit October 16 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $160.50 costs.

Patrick T. Bernard, year of birth not given, charged with open container October 27 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and fined $12.50 and $187.50 costs.
