IDFG Commission to meet

The Idaho Fish and Game Commission will set seasons for moose, bighorn sheep, and mountain goat when it meets January 25 and 26 at Fish and Game headquarters in Boise.

A public hearing will begin at 7 p.m. January 25, in the headquarters trophy room. Anyone wishing to address the commission on any topic having to do with Fish and Game business may do so at the public hearing. Testimony will be taken into consideration when the commission makes decisions on agenda items during the next day's meeting.

Routine agenda items include season setting for moose, sheep and goat; Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee budget preview; legislative update, deer and elk status briefing, and Winter Feeding Advisory Committee member appointments.

A full agenda will be posted on the Fish and Game website when it is finalized.
