Ballots have been
counted in today's elections for the City of Bonners
Ferry and the City of Moyie Springs.
According to the unofficial totals, David Sims has been
elected for a four-year term as the new Mayor of Bonners
Ferry. Mr. Sims has recently served as Director of
the Boundary Economic Development Council.

four-year council positions, and a single candidate had
filed for the two-year council position.
