Rotary thanks all for help with CommUNITY breakfast

The Bonners Ferry Rotary Club sends a big "thank you" to everyone who helped make our 12th Annual Free CommUNITY Breakfast & Silent Auction a roaring success!!

First, our thanks to Akins Harvest Foods, Safeway and Super 1 for their donations of food and other breakfast supplies. Thank you also to the Badger Booster Club, their coaches, parents and students for putting on the breakfast. Last, but not least, we offer our humble thanks to the following businesses and individuals who donated items for the Silent Auction:

The Badger Boosters organization received a donation of $500 from Rotary for their cooking and serving skills. The remaining net profit from the event will be used to fund Rotary scholarships that will be awarded to local high school graduating seniors and college students.

This spring Rotary will award scholarships in the amount of $14,000.
