Michael Skehan, born 1978, charged with proving false information June 25 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation. Charged with driving without privileges, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended, $300 fine and one year probation.

 

Patrick J. Leigh, born 1963, charged with excessive DUI, second offense, a felony, November 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, third or subsequent offense, a felony, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison with credit for five days served, determinate, three years indeterminate, prison suspended, jurisdiction retained, one year drivers license suspension, $500 fine and $285.50 court costs.

 

Ronald Curtis Clemons, born 1988, charged with two counts felony possession of a controlled substance November 27 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to three years in prison with credit for 83 days served, determinate, four years indeterminate, prison suspended, jurisdiction retained, $300 restitution, $300 fine and $580.50 court costs.

 

Ronald Curtis Clemons, born 1988, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance January 29 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to three years in prison with credit for 83 days served, determinate, four years indeterminate, prison suspended, jurisdiction retained, $150 restitution, $300 fine and $280.50 court costs.

Gregory D. Mellors, born 1968, charged with motor carrier possessing alcohol March 19 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Julie M. Bradley, born 1981, charged with petit theft March 18 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $100 restitution, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Tylan Devon Stuber Fairchild, born 1997, charged with minor in possession of tobacco or e-cigarette March 19 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and charged $150 court costs.

 

Everardo Topete Gonzalez, born 1953, charged with DUI April 7 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, one year drivers license suspension, $292.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and one year probation.
