Paradise Valley Fire District seeks
to fill board vacancy
November 4, 2014
The Paradise Valley Fire District is seeking a volunteer to fill out its 3-person board of directors, according to Orrin Everhart, board chairman.

Mr. Everhart provided details in a letter to local media, as follows:

"A vacancy now exists on the 3-person board of the Paradise Valley Fire District. Therefore a volunteer is needed for this responsible position. To be eligible for appointment, a person must be a registered voter, and be living in sub-district 1 for at least one year. This area covers Pleasant Valley and the South Hill area south of the Bonners Ferry city limits.

"A map showing the sub-district is available in the County Clerk's office. That office can also verify voter and residency information by phone.

"Potentially interested? Please attend the next board meeting on Nov. 11 at 7 p.m. Or you may submit a written note to Paradise Valley Fire District, P.O. Box 3213, Bonners Ferry, indicating your interest.

"For more information, call 267-7909, or Fire Chief Doug Ladely at 208-304-4565."

Orrin Everhart, Chairman of the Paradise Valley Fire District board
