Fish and Game seeks public input on Big Game rules
via online web chat tomorrow
March 3, 2015
Wildlife managers with Idaho Fish and Game are in the process of crafting seasons and rules for the 2015 big game hunting season, and they want to hear from those interested in providing input. They are also proposing to convert the big game season-setting process from a one-year cycle to a two-year cycle for white-tailed deer, mule deer, elk, pronghorn, black bear, mountain lion and gray wolf.

Fish and Game will host two live online web chats to answer questions and take feedback. During the live web chats, biologists from across the state will answer questions from hunters interested in providing input on these proposals. Those interested in joining will have the opportunity on Wednesday, March 4 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. MST, and again on the same day from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. MST.

To learn more about these proposals, including times and locations of public meetings, go to https://fishandgame.idaho.gov/content/public-involvement.
